I founded Helianthus Holistic Arts, a multi-disciplinary holistic school, in 2020. I share wellness tools and teach aromatherapy + reflexology certification courses.
My aromatherapy curriculum is recognized by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), as well as the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA), and includes certification courses for level 1-3 professional, holistic, and clinical accreditation levels.

My reflexology cirriculum is recongnzed by the Reflexology Association of Canada.
Through my highly interactive, engaging, and empowering lessons, students gain professional and clinical knowledge in a classroom setting along with practical hands-on experience—everything necessary for becoming a confident practitioner.

Aromatherapy for Holistic Practitioners is an introductory course designed to help practitioners incorporate aromatherapy into their practice. This course provides a comprehensive overview of the benefits of aromatherapy and teaches practitioners how to use essential oils safely and effectively. By completing this course, practitioners can level up their skills and offer their clients a more holistic approach to healing.
