I founded Helianthus Holistic Arts, a multi-disciplinary holistic school, in 2020. I share wellness tools and teach aromatherapy + reflexology certification courses.

 

My aromatherapy curriculum is recognized by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), as well as the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA), and includes certification courses for certified (Level 1), professional (Level 2), and clinical (Level 3) accreditation levels.

 

My reflexology curriculum is recognized by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).

Through interactive, engaging, and empowering lessons, students gain professional and clinical knowledge in a classroom and virtual setting along with practical hands-on experience—everything necessary for becoming a confident practitioner.
