As a dedicated practitioner and teacher, my work is guided by a deep commitment to balancing the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in reflexology therapy, reiki, clinical aromatherapy, and holistic health and wellness coaching, all woven together to support meaningful, integrative healing.

Since 2014, I’ve run my own private holistic practice, and in 2020, I founded Helianthus Holistic Arts—a multidisciplinary school where I share practical wellness tools and teach certification programs in reflexology therapy and aromatherapy. My goal is to make holistic education both accessible and empowering.

My aromatherapy curriculum is recognized by both the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) and the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA). I offer three levels of certification:

  • Certified (Level 1)

  • Professional (Level 2)

  • Clinical (Level 3)

 

My reflexology therapy courses are accredited by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and provide students with everything they need—from foundational techniques to clinical knowledge—to become confident and competent practitioners.

I believe that education should be hands-on, engaging, and rooted in real-life application. Through dynamic classroom experiences and thoughtful instruction, I support each student’s growth—professionally and personally.

I teach because I believe that knowledge is most powerful when it’s shared with compassion and intention. Each time I guide a class or work with a student, I’m reminded that healing isn't just about technique—it’s about connection. Watching my students grow in confidence and curiosity, and witnessing the ripple effect they create in their own communities, is one of the greatest joys of my work. Teaching gives me the opportunity to empower others with practical skills, while nurturing a deeper understanding of wellness that honors both science and spirit.

In addition to certification programs, I also lead wellbeing workshops designed to support everyday wellness and deepen self-awareness. These workshops explore a variety of topics—such as stress management, intuitive self-care, seasonal living, and holistic tools for emotional balance—and are rooted in both science and spirit. Whether you're just beginning your journey or looking to enrich your current practice, these sessions offer a welcoming space for learning, reflection, and growth.
