I founded Helianthus Holistic Arts, a multi-disciplinary holistic school, in 2020. I share wellness tools and teach aromatherapy + reflexology certification courses.

 

My aromatherapy curriculum is recognized by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), as well as the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA), and includes certification courses for level 1-3 professional, holistic, and clinical accreditation levels.

My reflexology curriculum is recognized and accredited by the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).

 

Through my highly interactive, engaging, and empowering lessons, students gain professional and clinical knowledge in a classroom setting along with practical hands-on experience—everything necessary for becoming a confident practitioner.
